Matt Boyle

Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the CEO and co-founder of Landmark Recovery. After graduating from Duke University with honors, Matt started out his career at Boston Consulting Group, which taught him many valuable business skills that he took with him when he left to join the family business as Director of Strategy & Development at Landmark Senior living. He worked his way up to Vice President of Finance and then he saw the opportunity for a new kind of behavioral health offering.

Matt has a passion for helping others and strives for excellence in everything he does, so naturally, when he saw a need for more affordable and accessible addiction healthcare, he jumped in and opened Landmark Recovery as a sister company to Landmark Senior Living.

In the five short years since Landmark Recovery was started, Matt has grown the company to 11 facilities and expects accelerated growth into 2022. He has built Landmark Recovery to be passionate, authentic, courageous, and uncompromising in the pursuit of excellence.

At home he enjoys spending time with his wife, Maura, and their two daughters.


Michelle McGinnis


As an experienced clinician with a demonstrated history of working in the substance use disorder treatment industry for over 13 years, Michelle brings a high level of professionalism and excellence to the Landmark Recovery executive team. She is exceptionally skilled in multiple therapeutic modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused, and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist holding active licenses in Kentucky and Arizona for independent practice.

She has been with Landmark Recovery since its inception in 2016 and exemplifies the qualities of uncompromising in her pursuit of excellence in all positions she has held. In her role as CCO, Michelle ensures that clinical programming is founded in Evidence-Based Practices and monitors execution to ensure fidelity to the model.

She also enjoys her role managing her team of Utilization Review Clinicians, Clinical Project Managers, and ensuring that all Landmark Recovery programs maintain compliance with state regulations and Joint Commission standards.

In her personal life, Michelle enjoys exploring her new hometown of Phoenix with her son and stays active with running, hiking, and biking on the many trails in Arizona.


Justin Hartman


Justin has a strong passion for learning. He gained this in his almost 10 years of experience working in the education field as an Admissions Director, Manager and then VP of Marketing and Enrollment at the University of Phoenix and Dream Center Education.

With all that background in education and admissions, he made the jump into healthcare as the President of Inpatient Services at Landmark where he managed three in-patient recovery facilities.

From there he moved into the position of Chief Revenue Officer where he currently oversees the marketing, admissions, and business development teams.

Justin is all about performance and prides himself on being able to achieve stretched goals through active listening, continued education, a unique leadership style, and encouraging his employees to be the best they can be.

Justin spends his weekends with his fiancé and three kids and is expecting one more soon!


Dr. Sarah Johnson


Dr. Sarah Johnson is a psychiatrist and holds board certifications in Addiction Psychiatry and General Psychiatry.

She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Louisville and remains on Gratis Faculty.

She has over 10 years of experience providing clinical care to individuals suffering from addictive and mental health disorders.

In her spare time, Dr. Johnson loves being active, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband and son.


Phillip Zeringue


With over 20 years of experience in business and IT, Phil has a track record of building high-performing teams, developing strong relationships, creating forward-thinking strategies, and driving for results. His past roles have included many leadership positions in the utility sector including Portfolio Management and Information Technology for Tennessee Valley Authority, Arizona Public Service, and Palo Verde Nuclear Generation Station in Arizona.

He has formal training in project management (PMP); business knowledge from Vanderbilt; rigor and formality from INPO’s next level leadership; and a lifetime of learning from “the school of hard knocks.” He is a degreed Engineer from the University of Arizona and a Nuclear Energy Institute Top Innovation Practices (TIP) Award winner of the year.

Phil now lives in Arizona with his wife, Phyllis, and their two daughters.


Jessica Goble


With a background in public relations and experience in corporate coms, Jessica lives and breathes communications. She believes that communication is a core aspect of successful companies, including internal structures to increase transparency and improve company culture as well as external communications that elevate a company’s brand. She started with Landmark as the Public Relations Manager, moved into a Senior PR and Communications Manager role. and now sits as the Director of Communications. She oversees all internal and external communications at Landmark including guiding employees and the executive team on when and how to communicate properly.

Her experience comes from working at PR agencies in Arizona like Wired PR and Cramer Krasselt and then spending time in Chicago working for WalkerSands and Propllr.

She is an ASU alum and enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Ryan, and their two miniature dachshunds, Dash and Winston.


Nick Losole


Nick is an outgoing, charismatic individual that likes to solve problems. He enjoys taking on new challenges, which has led him to work in various pillars of business including Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

In his current role as Chief of Staff, Nick oversees Change Management, Talent Acquisition, and Staff Training and Development. Nick is originally from Chicago, Illinois but moved to Phoenix as a kid. As a junior, he was a competitive golfer and earned a collegiate golf scholarship to attend Northwestern University. While attending Northwestern, he achieved Scholar All-American and First-Team All-Big Ten honors.
